Welcome to Careerzooom. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.careerzooom.ae (the "Site") and any Careerzooom product or service, including CV Writing, Cover Letter Writing, LinkedIn Profile Writing, Career Counselling, our AI CV tools, and related services (collectively, "Services"). For the purposes of this agreement, "Careerzooom," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Careerzooom.

By visiting the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Services.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy & Security Policy and our Refund Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with us.

Careerzooom is a career services and CV writing company. We are not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or job portal, and we do not guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers as a result of using our Services.

1. Use of This Site

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity, work history, qualifications, or any information provided to us

  • Attempt to copy, resell, or redistribute our Services or website content without written permission

  • Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site, including our AI CV tools

  • Use the Site to send unsolicited communications, spam, or bulk messages of any kind to other users

  • Use another person's personal information for any commercial purpose or financial gain

Careerzooom may revise these Terms from time to time by updating this page. Continued use of the Site following any change constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to stop using the Site. We may also change, add to, or remove portions of the Site or our Services at any time.

2. Our Services

Careerzooom provides expert-led career services, including but not limited to CV Writing, Cover Letter Writing, LinkedIn Profile Writing and Promotion, Career Counselling, Interview Training, Job Search Management, CV Distribution, and diagnostic AI tools (AI CV Success Score and AI ATS Score).

  • All CV and document writing is carried out by our team of expert writers, based on the information, career history, and objectives you provide to us

  • Turnaround times communicated to you at the point of purchase are estimates and may vary based on service complexity, revisions requested, or information delays on your end

  • Our AI CV tools are diagnostic only — they identify areas of improvement and do not themselves rewrite, edit, or guarantee the outcome of your CV

3. Your Content and Information

When you provide us with your CV, work history, personal details, or any other material ("Your Content"), you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to Your Content, or have the right to share it with us

  • The information you provide is accurate and not misleading

  • Your Content does not infringe on the rights of any third party or violate any law

  • Your Content does not contain anything harassing, defamatory, abusive, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable

We will never share, sell, or re-disclose your personally identifiable information other than as necessary to deliver the Service you've purchased, or as set out in our Privacy & Security Policy.

We reserve the right to use the general format, style, and non-identifying elements of finalized CVs, resumes, and cover letters — with all personally identifiable information removed — to illustrate, promote, or explain our Services (for example, in anonymized "before and after" samples on our Site or marketing materials).

By purchasing a Service, you grant Careerzooom a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to edit, adapt, and reproduce Your Content solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the Service, excluding any personally identifiable information used in marketing contexts without your consent.

LinkedIn Promotion Service: if you purchase our LinkedIn Promotion service, you will be required to provide us with temporary access to your own LinkedIn account for the agreed service period, solely to carry out the promotional activity you've purchased. We do not create, retain, or use separate accounts on your behalf. You remain the sole owner of your LinkedIn account at all times, and we recommend updating your password once the service period is complete.

4. Communications With Us

Any information or communication you send us through the Site or by email — including remarks, suggestions, ideas, or feedback — is treated as non-confidential, and we may use it for any purpose without restriction or compensation to you, except where it constitutes Your Content as described in Section 3, or where it is covered by our Privacy & Security Policy. We cannot guarantee the confidentiality of transmissions over the internet, other than as specifically described in our Privacy & Security Policy.

If you use any part of the Site that requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Testimonials

If you submit a testimonial to Careerzooom, you grant us permission to use it, in whole or in part, on our Site and in our marketing materials. We are under no obligation to use any testimonial submitted.

Unless you've explicitly given consent to be identified, we will only reference you by first name and general location (for example, "Ahmed, Dubai"), and we may lightly edit testimonials for clarity, grammar, or length before use.

6. Service Delivery and Our Commitment to You

We are committed to delivering a professionally written CV, cover letter, or profile that reflects current Gulf-market hiring standards and reasonable industry best practices. While we take every care to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of typographical or factual errors arising from information you provide.

If, during the intake or drafting process, you are not satisfied with your assigned writer, you may request a new writer to be assigned to your project. Any career document is considered final if no feedback is received within 2 weeks of our last communication to you. Full details of revisions, satisfaction commitments, and refund eligibility are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes

Careerzooom provides career document writing and advisory services. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary outcomes, or employment of any kind. Any statistics referenced on our Site regarding interview rates or client outcomes reflect aggregate client-reported results and are not a guarantee of individual results, which depend on factors outside our control including market conditions, your qualifications, and employer decisions.

8. Intellectual Property, Copyrights & Trademarks

The Site and all content on it — including text, design, graphics, logos, software, and our AI tools ("Content") — is the property of Careerzooom or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws, except for Your Content as described in Section 3. Making Content available on the Site does not waive our proprietary rights or transfer them to you or any third party.

Product names, service names, and logos appearing on the Site ("Marks") are trademarks or service marks of Careerzooom or its third-party licensors. Unauthorized use of any Marks is prohibited.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise exploit any Content or Marks without our prior written consent, except for your own individual, non-commercial use.

Reporting copyright infringement: if you believe your copyrighted work has been used on the Site without authorization, please send a written notice to support@careerzooom.ae including: (i) a signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; (ii) a description of the copyrighted work; (iii) the location of the allegedly infringing material on the Site; (iv) your contact details; (v) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (vi) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove the allegedly infringing material.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The Site and all Services offered on or through it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful code, and you are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect your own systems. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but are not responsible for technical, hardware, or software failures, lost network connections, or delayed or incomplete transmissions.

10. Third-Party Services

Payments made on our Site are processed by Stripe, and certain features may involve other third-party service providers (for example, OpenAI for our AI diagnostic tools, Google Authentication, or LinkedIn for our Promotion service). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Careerzooom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, income, or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so parts of this limitation may not apply to you, but shall otherwise apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Careerzooom harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the Site or Services.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
